MASTERS OF OLD TIME APPALACHIAN MUSIC
Don Minnerly, Brian Bagdonas, Brooks Masten and Walter Spencer

Traditional Old Time Appalachian stringband music played on fiddle, banjo, guitar and bass. Up-tempo and danceable!

A rare uniting of this quartet featured four top-rated internationally-known Old Time musicians!

Don Minnerly was on fiddle. Don was a protege of the famous fiddler and national treasure, Tommy Jarrell, who is remembered with his own room in the Smithsonian. Don has toured the US and recorded with the Possum Trot String Band and performed solo extensivly in Japan.

Brian Bagdonas was on bass. Brian played and recorded with the Foghorn String Band. He has toured the US, Europe and Indoneasia with the band. He and his twin brother own and operate Stumptown Printers.

Brooks Masten was on banjo. Brooks plays with the Earl White String Band and is a full time professional banjo maker of international reputation.

Walter Spencer was on guitar. Walter is a filmmaker from southern CA who has recorded with Dreamangus, the Water Tower Bucket Boys, and others.
